Claude Davis

He is also Chairman of First Financial Bancorp and First Financial Bank, a $17 billion-dollar bank headquartered in Cincinnati. Previously, Claude served as Executive Chairman and CEO of the bank from October 2004 to January 2020 and has over 30 years of experience in the Banking industry. He is also an owner/partner in a manufacturing business serving the industrial sector. Patrick Odell

Doug Meyer

Partner Doug is co-founder and Partner with BMC. In addition to serving as a member of the Managing Member Committee of BMC, Doug is CEO at Brixey & Meyer, Inc. a Regional Accounting Firm. With Doug’s leadership, along many other accolades, Brixey & Meyer was recently recognized as the Fastest Growing CPA Firm in the United States and Canada. With his clients, Doug also serves as a valued board member for various closely held businesses, is regularly requested to speak to their group regarding the ever-changing business landscape, as well as advises on deal structure and exit planning. Doug’s entrepreneurial passion has resulted in his equity ownership of multiple privately held organizations.
