DAYTON, Ohio and CINCINNATI, August 2018 – Brixey & Meyer Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that David Herche, Chairman of Enerfab, Inc. and Executive Chairman of West Chester Protective Gear has joined the Investment Committee for BMC Growth Fund II. Investment Committee members serve voluntarily and are responsible to govern all investment and capital strategy decisions with respect to the portfolio businesses and the income and value they generate. All Investment Committee members are also Fund investors.
Growth Fund II is a $40M fund focused on profitable and growing small-to-medium businesses with annual EBITDA from $1-$4M located in the eastern and central time zones. The fund will close this month and it is expected to acquire 6-8 separate companies over the next 30-36 months.
In addition to his roles at Enerfab and West Chester Protective Gear, Mr. Herche serves on the following Boards: Amend Consulting, Cincinnati Works, Rhinestahl Corporation, RFCA, Nada Restaurant Group, and The Consult. Past honors include being a two-time Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Cincinnati/Kentucky, 1996 and 2008), induction into Miami University’s Thomas C. Page Entrepreneurial Center’s Hall of Fame and being named a University of Cincinnati Legion of Excellence member (2010).
